Appearance

pip uninstall ipykernel UTF-8 编码：

Create new env：

Create new env in specified folder：

Activate env and install ipykernel：

pip install ipykernel
conda install -n base nb_conda_kernels # base安装该插件后则不需要执行👇

Upgrade packages：

pip install --upgrade pandas
